December 12, Fineko/abc.az. A protocol on an administrative offense for violating the rules of economic activity and currency regulation has been drawn up at Caspian Drilling Company LLC. 

ABC.AZ reports that the protocol was drawn up under Article 430.4 of the Code of Administrative Offences.

Article 430.4 says that fines will be imposed for executive officers in case the currency finances paid in advance are not returned from abroad for goods, works or services not delivered or not rendered in established terms.

Executive officials will be fined 10% to 20% of the currency finances that become the direct object of administrative offence and legal entities - 20% to 30% of such foreign currency funds.
The case will be considered in the Nasimi District Court of Baku under the chairmanship of Judge Solmaz Mustafayeva.
