December 21, Fineko/abc.az. Career development forum "Be ready for the future!" has been organized in Baku.

ABC.AZ reports that a range of matters were raised at the event.

Labour Minister Sahil Babayev said that over the past 4 years more than 400,000 citizens have been provided with jobs. He said that public works covered more than 109,000 citizens:

"More than 60,000 people have had the opportunity to create small and microbusiness. In addition, over the past 3 years more than 4 million of our citizens have received support within the social packages. The number of employment contracts in Azerbaijan increased more than by 400,000 (33%). Today, the number of qualified personnel among employees is small. Increasing the number of skilled workers is our main goal."
