Auction for placement of Kapital Bank shares to be held

December 21, Fineko/abc.az. By Baku Stock Exchange Listing Committee’s decision, Kapital Bank’s shares with total value of 19,999,999,95 manats were included in the listing in the standard market segment.

ABC.AZ was informed at the BSE that the number of shares is 1,614,205, and the nominal value of each is 12.39 manats.

The placement of shares registered on 22 December 2022, will be carried out by subscription on the BSE.

The placement underwriter is investment company PASHA Capital CJSC.

The shares issue prospectus can be obtained on the BSE web page in section "Reporting of Issuers" (https://www.bfb.az/az/emitentler).
