December 22, Fineko/abc.az. Anar Kerimov has been dismissed from the post of Minister of Culture of Azerbaijan.
ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed a relevant decree on the occasion.
The order states: "To release Anar Gabil oglu Kerimov from the post of Minister of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan."
In accordance with the Presidential Decree from 20 July 2020 Anar Kerimov was appointed First Deputy Minister of Culture, he was entrusted with the authority to temporarily serve as Minister of Culture, and on 5 January 2021 he was appointed Minister of Culture.
A range of important decisions were taken in the direction of strengthening social protection of the population, related to increasing wages, labor pensions, social benefits and pensions, in particular, social benefits of the low-income class.
