December 22, Fineko/abc.az. The Board of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) has been expanded.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the amendments to Decree #1276 from 2 February 2021 "On ensuring the activity of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA)”.

By decree, the number of members of Agency's Board was increased up to 4. Previously, Agency's Board consisted of 3 members.

By another amendment, in case of temporary absence of the chairman of board, the first deputy will exercise his powers, and in case of temporary absence of the first deputy, one of the deputy chairmen of board.

Prior to that, in case of temporary absence of the chairman of board, his powers were carried out by one of his deputies appointed by the chairman of board.
