Kredaqro to issue bonds - an auction to take place

December 26, Fineko/abc.az. An auction for placement of Kredaqro LLC bonds for AZN 500,000 will be held at the Baku Stock Exchange on 28 December.

ABC.AZ reports that on 23 December, by BSE Listing Committee’s decision the Kredaqro’s bonds for AZN 500,000 were included in the listing in the standard market segment.

Under the terms, the issue of bonds will take place in the form of the sale of 100 bonds at 5,000 manats each. The bonds will be in circulation for 18 months, their annual yield is 11%. Interests will be paid every 3 months.
