December 28, Fineko/abc.az. Portal Azexport.az began cooperation with New York-based Euphoria INC.

ABC.AZ reports that portal’s head Ayhan Gadashov met with Euphoria INC president Leroy Itc during his visit to the U.S. and reached an agreement on this.

At the meeting Gadashov spoke about the possibilities and activities of portal Azexport.az.

He carried out online demonstration of Azerbaijani products registered on the portal. Then he got acquainted with the warehouse of the company's products.

After the meeting Gadashov said that Azerbaijan has every opportunity to further strengthen the position of locally produced products in the American markets:

"My observations show that our products can compete with the products presented on the market in terms of packaging and quality. Given the current geopolitical situation, Azerbaijani goods have ample opportunities to enter the market through small adaptations. The meeting that took place today was also very productive for both sides. Following the meeting, we agreed at the initial stage within the joint cooperation to begin work on exporting tea, confectionery, soft drinks, fruit juices, canned foods and cosmetics to the U.S."
