December 28, Fineko/abc.az. Investors who have invested money in the bonds of Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO) will receive securities of the company, which has practically no debts, ABC.AZ reports, quoting ASCO chairman Rauf Veliyev at the presentation ceremony of company's bonds.

"When I started working at ASCO, my goal was to bring the company to an IPO. The bond issue is the first step in this direction. I knew this process would be difficult. Fortunately, we managed to pass the first stage and issued bonds.

My message to potential investors is that you buy bonds of a company that has virtually no debt, with projected margin of 20% and real margin of 30%, with  debt–to-equity ratio below 1%, debt-to-assets ratio of 40%, with projected debt-to-assets ratio below 1%," he noted.
