Ilham Aliyev appoints new ambassador to Qatar - Order

December 28, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on Wednesday appointing Mahir Aliyev as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Qatar.

ABC.AZ reports that by another order Rashad Ismailov was recalled from the post of ambassador to Qatar.
