December 28, Fineko/abc.az. The State Security Service of Azerbaijan will appoint representatives in foreign states and international organizations.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree "On the appointment of representatives of the Azerbaijani State Security Service in foreign states & international organizations and ensuring their activities".

Under the decree, Service’s head, in coordination with the Azerbaijani president, was granted the right to appoint Service’s representatives in the field of combating international terrorism, transnational organized crime and cybercrime, as well as in foreign countries and international organizations within the approved staffing table.
