December 29, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades continue falling in Thursday trading after declining at the end of the previous session.

The cost of March Brent crude futures at the London ICE Futures exchange decreased by $0.40 (0.48%) to $83.59 per barrel by 09:25 am. Following the trading on 28 December, Brent crude futures for March fell by $0.69 (0.82%), to $83.99 per barrel.

By 09:25 am, the price of WTI crude oil futures for February on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) decreased by $0.31 (0.39%), to $78.65 per barrel. Following the trading on 28 December, the value of February futures for WTI oil fell by $0.57 (0.72%) to $78.96 per barrel.
