A foreign company sues SOCAR-STP

December 29, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijani branch of CJ ICM FZCO has sued SOCAR-STP.

ABC.AZ informs that the claim was filed for disputes arising from contract obligations.

The case is being considered at the Sumgait Commercial Court. The proceedings will be conducted by Judge Zulfugar Sadigov.
