Rules for replacing IDs of Nakhchivans living in Baku published

January 6, Fineko/abc.az. Residents of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic living in Baku and other cities and districts of the country will be able to change their identity cards at ASAN Xidmet Centers.

ABC.AZ reports that ASAN Xidmet Centers have started issuing IDs to persons registered in Nakhchivan.

Until now, the replacement of IDs of residents of Nakhchivan has been carried out several times a year only at the permanent representation of Nakhchivan in Baku or at the Main Passport Registration & Migration Department of the NAR Ministry of Internal Affairs.
