President Aliyev signs another law in connection with Karabakh

January 9, Fineko/abc.az. The "Procedure for providing state guarantees and subsidizing interest on loans given to business entities operating in the territories liberated from occupation" has been approved.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, President Ilham Aliyev signed a relevant decree.

Under the decree, the loan portfolio in the amount of 500 million manats, provided to business entities in accordance with the rules, is given with state guarantee in the amount of up to AZN 450 million.

The state guarantee envisaged in the document is given on the basis of an addendum concluded between the Ministry of Finance and the Business Development Fund under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan to the Procedure approved by Part 1 of this Decree — "Framework Guarantee Agreement on the provision of State Guarantees for Loans granted to business entities operating in the territories liberated from occupation".
