January 9, Fineko/abc.az. The real estate located on the balance sheet of commercial bank Bank Standard, being liquidated by the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund, will be put up for open auction at the Baku Auction Center.

ABC.AZ was informed that the property is the non-residential premises with total area of 139.9 sq m on the 1st floor of building #17, located on a plot of 0.286 hectares on Rahimov Koroglu Street in Narimanov district of Baku.

The initial selling price of the property is AZN 1.1 million. The deposit of 5% of the sale price must be paid to the auction organization. The purchase price must be transferred to the customer's account within 7 calendar days.
