June 13, Fineko/abc.az A document with the draft amendments to the State Budget 2018 has been submitted to Milli Majlis.

The Ministry of Finance reports that the amendments were drafted in connection with the necessity to finance the tightening of the measures concerning social security, increase the protection and security of the state, development of tourism, a range of social and infrastructure projects, projects in the field of agriculture, water supply, land reclamation and irrigation.

"The draft amending document was approved by the Cabinet Ministers and the Presidential Administration and submitted to the Parliament of Azerbaijan," the Ministry said in a statement.
