June 13, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) held an auction on placement of short-term notes today.

The Baku Stock Exchange reports that on 13 June the Central Bank offered at the auction the notes with state registration number 50100170S, in the amount of AZN 250 million for 28-day term.

The 15 investors submitted 23 orders for totally 564.99 million. The investors gave AZN 99.3812 for the notes (yield: 8.01%).

According to the CBA’s decision, the cut-off price was set at the level of AZN 99.3812 (yield: 8.01%), and the weighted average price was equal to it. As a result, the short-term notes for 250 million were placed.

The maturity date of the notes is 11 July 2018.
