January 23, Fineko/abc.az. The state registration of rights to immovable property will be carried out on one stop shop principle.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, President Ilham Aliyev signed a law on the amendments to the Law on the State Register of Real Estate.

The one stop shop mechanism is a simplified administrative procedure relating to the state registration of rights to immovable property.

In accordance with the law, the state registration of their rights on one stop shop principle window is provided on the basis of notarized agreements on the disposal of real estate, as well as other documents (including a contract, a certificate of ownership of spouses to a share in common property, a certificate of inheritance by law or will, a distribution plan, a notice of the last payment under the contract of purchase and sale on credit, etc.), drawn up and (or) certified as a result of a notarized action in respect of immovable property.
