Azerbaijani citizens can stay in Kazakhstan without visas for 90 days

January 23, Fineko/abc.az. New rules for the entry and stay of immigrants will come into force in Kazakhstan from 27 January 2023, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan.

Innovations concern foreign citizens of 55 countries who enter Kazakhstan and leave without visas if the period of their stay in the country does not exceed 30 calendar days from the moment of crossing the state border for a total of 90 calendar days during each period of 180 calendar days.

The period of stay in Kazakhstan is counted from the moment of crossing the border and, accordingly, those foreigners who enter the country after 27 January will already be subject to the new rules.

Citizens of the EAEU (Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Russia), Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, who arrived in Kazakhstan, can enter without visas and stay for 90 days within 180 days.
