Cost of oil grows, and Brent is at $86.39 a barrel

January 25, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are increasing in Wednesday’s trading after falling the day before.

The price of March Brent crude futures at the London ICE Futures Exchange rose by $0.26 (0.30%) up to $86.39 per barrel by 09:25 am. Following the trading on 24 January, Brent crude futures for March fell by $2.06 (2.34%) to $86.13 per barrel.

By 09:25 am, the price of WTI oil futures for March on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) increased by $0.14 (0.17%) up to $80.27 per barrel. Following the trading on 24 January, the price of March WTI oil futures declined by $1.49 (1.83%) to $80.13 per barrel.
