Real estate registration procedures to be simplified

January 30, Fineko/abc.az. Procedures relating to the purchase, sale, registration of real estate will be simplified, overhead costs will be reduced.

ABC.AZ reports that if earlier it took a week to carry out 4 procedures related to the registration of real estate, then after the introduction of the innovation it will be possible to do it within a day.

The innovation will cover state registration on the one stop shop principle mechanism, plans for the division of real estate, certificates of spouses on the share in common property and other documents.
