January 31, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan’s national air carrier AZAL is expanding its route network from Baku to Europe, resuming flights to Barcelona, ABC.AZ reports, referring to AZAL.
The first flight via Baku-Barcelona-Baku route will be performed on 2 May.
Barcelona is the second most important city in Spain and one of the large tourist centers in Europe. Barcelona is also a resort city famous for its mild climate, sea and sandy beaches.
Flights will be operated from Heydar Aliyev International Airport to Barcelona and back twice a week: on Tuesdays and Sundays.

Yesterday, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decree according to which the import of automobiles into the territory of Azerbaijan, whose operation exceeds 10 years will be restricted.
