Fines to be applied for non-compliance with law on industrial and household waste

February 3, Fineko/abc.az. Non-use of garbage cans when disposing of household waste not only leads to the creation of unsanitary conditions, but also causes serious harm to both human health and the environment.

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with Article 12 of the Law on Industrial & Household Waste, household waste must be dumped into bins for their disinfection.

It is forbidden to throw away or bury waste in foreign places.

Unfortunately, there are people who do not comply with this law. Many people often forget or do not know about the law that provides for fines for such actions.
