Azerbaijani banks cancel commission for donations to Turkiye

February 8, Fineko/abc.az. No commission is charged for donations to the Turkish Emergency Management Agency (AFAD) through Azerbaijani banks, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Azerbaijan Banks Association’s chairman Zakir Nuriyev.

He noted that the banks operating in Azerbaijan have come to a joint agreement on the occasion.

Under the decision, VAT and commission are not charged both for direct card payments to the AFAD account and for other transfers through banks.
