ABC.AZ reports that Aynura Ahmadova, the head of the Public Relations Department of the State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance, said about this.

She added that this process is aimed at facilitating the queue process for those who use compulsory health insurance in medical institutions:

"You know that with the increase in the number of people using compulsory health insurance, queues appear in hospitals and other medical institutions. To solve this problem, a section for online queues in medical institutions is being created in the e-tabib application. It will be put into use in the near future, and the problem of queues in hospitals will disappear."
