Apartments are the most mortgaged real estate

February 27, Fineko/abc.az. Apartments, land plots and private residential buildings were among the Top 3 mortgaged real estate in Azerbaijan in 2022. And the most mortgaged real estate are apartments.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the State Real Estate Service, mortgage contracts for 42,970 apartments were concluded last year.

Out of 72,977 objects mortgaged last year, 12,280 were land plots, and 10,818 were private houses.

In 2022, 72,977 real estate pledge agreements were registered in our country. This is 19,202 people or 35.7% more than in 2021.
