March 6, Fineko/abc.az. The real estate on the balance sheet of AGBank liquidated by the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund will be put up for open auction at the Baku Auction Center.

ABC.AZ was informed at the ADIF that the property is a private residential building located on a land plot of 0.12 hectares in Gabala, on Mirza Fatali Akhundov Street (total area - 94.49 m2).

The initial selling price of the property is 57,500 manats. 5 percent of the sale price must be paid to the auction organization in the form of a deposit.

The purchase price must be paid at the customer's expense within 7 calendar days. Required documents for participation in an open auction: individual’s ID, constituent documents of a legal entity. Address: Baku city, Sabail district, Badamdar settlement, Badamdar highway 27 (behind the Avis drug’s store).
