March 10, Fineko/abc.az. The priority tasks in the occupation-liberated districts are the construction, first of all, of social infrastructure. The energy supply of the region is the basis of its development.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijan’s Special Representative in Jabrayil, Zangilan and Gubadli districts, Vahid Hajiyev.

"Hospitals, schools, kindergartens, roads and other infrastructure projects are underway in Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan districts. The Zangilan Airport has been put into operation. Work is also ongoing in the region on the creation of a green energy zone. A 240 MW power plant has been commissioned in Jabrayil, which plays an important role in providing energy to the population resettled in the region," Hajiyev said.

He added that 90% of Agali village is already inhabited:

"Green energy is already being used in Agali. The houses built here are equipped with solar panels, and the population relocated to the village uses eco-friendly energy."
