ABC.AZ reports that MP Musa Gasimli stated about this at Milli Majlis hearings on the Bill on Higher Education.

According to Gasmli, those who wish can go to study abroad, and this is their right: "How can we make university admissions accessible to everyone? But let them prepare high-quality personnel. Where has it been seen that 75 people were admitted to the university, for example, to the Faculty of Law, and 100 were graduated?! There is no such thing anywhere in the world. We are deceiving ourselves. To move forward, we must make our education of high quality."
