Fitch updated oil price forecast

March 13, Fineko/abc.az. International rating agency Fitch has updated its forecasts regarding the oil price.

ABC.AZ informs that Fitch, which reported oil prices in 2023 at $85 per barrel, has not changed its expectations for this year. But it raised its expectations for 2024 from $65 to $75 per barrel.

By 2025, the bank revised the cost, raising the price of oil from $53 to $65 per barrel.

The long-term forecast for oil prices is still at $53.
