March 15, Fineko/abc.az. The State Property Service (under Economy Ministry) registered ownership rights for 80,274 real estate objects for Jan-Feb 2023 (59.6% more versus Jan-Feb 2022), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Service.

13,613 or 17% accounted for primary registration, and 66,661 or 83% for secondary registration (16.5% and 72.6% more than a year ago).

Of the registered property, ownership rights were given for 7,300 residential and country houses, 13,915 apartments, 57,297 land plots, 506 non-residential buildings, 1,141 non-residential premises, 89 property complexes, 26 multi-storey residential buildings. Of the real estate objects registered in the state, 13,803 are in the city of Baku, the rest are in the districts of the country.

Over the past year, the primary registration of land plots increased by 3.1% and amounted to 5,847. Over the year, the number of registered mortgage agreements increased by 22.8% and amounted to 12,102.
