March 29, Fineko/abc.az. Assistant Secretary of State for International Organizations Michelle J. Sison has arrived in Azerbaijan, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Embassy of the United States in Baku.

Assistant Secretary of State will consider issues of cooperation, including in the context of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and responding to transnational challenges, including climate change, food insecurity and global health security.

Sison will also run a campaign in support of Amy Pope, whose candidacy the U.S. has nominated for the post of Director General of the International Organization for Migration.
