Azerbaijan observes growth on premiums and payments on this type of insurance

March 29, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has recorded a sharp increase in premiums and compensation payments on compulsory real estate insurance.

ABC.AZ reports that for Jan-Feb 2023 the premiums for AZN 13.519 million were collected on this type of insurance (AZN 4.445 million, or 49% more against Jan-Feb 2022 – AZN 9.074 million).

Compensations on compulsory real estate insurance for Jan-Feb 2023 were paid for AZN 249,400 (AZN 143,800, or almost 2.4-fold more versus Jan-Feb 2022).
