Cost of oil drops, and Brent is at $78.42 a barrel

March 31, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Friday’s trading after rising the day before.

The price of June Brent crude futures at the London ICE Futures Exchange decreased by $0.18 (0.23%) to $78.42 per barrel by 09:33 am. Following the trading on 30 March, Brent crude futures for June rose by $1.01 (1.30%) to $78.60 per barrel.

By 09:33 am, the price of WTI oil futures for May on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) fell by $0.07 (0.09%), to $74.30 per barrel. Following the trading on 30 March, the price of May WTI oil futures grew by $1.40 (1.92%) to $74.37 per barrel.
