Foreign investors attracted to Aghduzdagh gold field in Kalbajar

April 26, Fineko/abc.az. Foreign investors have been attracted to the Agduzdag gold field in Kalbajar.

ABC.AZ reports that Ali Aliyev, the chairman of board of the Geological Exploration Agency (under the Ministry of Ecology & Natural Resources), said about this at the meeting of the working group on environmental issues held in Fuzuli.

“Since the beginning of last year, a Turkish company started the exploitation of the gold deposit here. Our goal is to attract both local and foreign investors to the existing infrastructure of mineral resources in the country,” he noted.
