Female entrepreneurs in Azerbaijan found their own association

The Women Entrepreneurs’ Association has been established for the first time in Azerbaijan.

The Ministry of Economy reports that the Association was set up with the support of the MoE, the State Committee for Family, Women & Children and the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan.

"Sakina Babayeva, chair of Bakı Tekstil Fabriki LLC, has been elected the chairman of board of the Association," the Ministry said in a statement.
