April 27, Fineko/abc.az. The area around Bulbul Lake in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, has been cleared of garbage and reeds, ABC.AZ was informed at the Baku Landscaping Service.

Earlier the area around the lake was clogged. Currently, security is in place in this area to prevent interference with the territory of the lake.

"Creation of green recreation area around Bulbul Lake is planned. After completion of certain works, a boulevard project to be laid around the Bulbul Lake will be presented. If approved, it is planned to build paths around the lake for cafes, walks, bicycles, scooters," the Service said.

The lake is located in the center of the Absheron peninsula, in Bulbul settlement of Surakhani district.
