Russia launches sanctions against Armenia

April 27, Fineko/abc.az. "Russia is tightening economic sanctions against Armenia."

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in an article distributed by telegram channel ‘Baghramyan 26’, associated with the government of Armenia.

It was noted that Armenian farmers and truckers report that they cannot export agricultural products to the Russian Federation for days. In Georgia, Armenian drivers and farmers are informed that the Russian side has decided to ban the entry of Armenian trucks.

‘Baghramyan26’ stressed that as a result of all this, greenhouse farms are suffering huge losses.

In addition, trucks importing liquefied gas to Armenia cannot enter Russia for refueling, which is why the price of liquefied gas in Armenia has increased almost by 80% over the past month.

According to reliable data from Bagramyan 26, the Russian side explains these restrictions with technical problems. However, it is obvious that what is happening is an economic sanction against Armenia and there is a political order behind it.
