May 4, Fineko/abc.az. The sale of DemirBank real estate at an open auction has been announced. The real estated will be auctioned on June 7, 2023 at 10:00.

ABC.AZ reports that the property will be put up for re-auction for the 2nd time at the price of 100%.

The deposit paid by the persons who withdrew their applications for participation in the auction is returned. In this case, the paid participation fee is refunded to the persons who withdrew their applications no later than 3 days before the auction.

Persons wishing to participate in auctions must submit the following documents no later than 5 days before the start of the auction to the Property Services Department of the State Service for Property Issues.
