May 8, Fineko/abc.az. The chairman of board of joint insurance company Aqrar Sığorta has been replaced.

ABC.AZ reports that Elvin Aliyev Elvin left the post of chairman of board at the insurance company. Aqrar Sığorta’s deputy chairman Elnara Abbasova was appointed in his place. She has already started her duties.

Joint Insurance Company Aqrar Sığorta was established on August 31, 2020. The company was established on equal shares by 7 insurance companies operating in Azerbaijan (Azərbaycan Sənaye Sığorta OJSC, AzSığorta OJSC, Bakı Sığorta OJSC, Xalq Sığorta OJSC, Qala Sığorta OJSC, Meqa Sığorta OJSC, PAŞA Sığorta OJSC). Its authorized capital is AZN 2.187 million, consisting of the same number of ordinary registered non-documentary shares worth 1 manat each.
