May 10, Fineko/abc.az. In March, foreign citizens made 137 purchases of real estate in Armenia, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the National Statistical Committee of Armenia.

According to Committee’s report, 110 of them were carried out by citizens of Russia, 10 - Europe, 6 - USA, 4 - CIS countries (except Russia), 7 - other states.

Of the 137 real estate purchase and sale transactions made by foreign citizens, 67 were made in the housing market in apartment buildings, 31 in the land market, 26 in a residential building, 10 in a garage, 2 in the public buildings market and 1 in residential buildings.

Most foreigners purchased real estate in Yerevan (79 transactions), the least - in Syunik (Zangezur) and Vayots Dzor districts (1 transaction each).
