May 10, Fineko/abc.az. ASAN Service centers will operate in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur.

ABC.AZ reports that Ulvi Mehdiyev, the chairman of the State Agency for Provision of Services to Citizens & Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan (ASAN Xidmət), said about this.

According to Mehdiyev, new villages, towns and settlements are being created in Karabakh at the moment:

"The vandalism committed by Armenians in Karabakh is obvious. Serious infrastructure projects are underway in this territory under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev. After solving the problems related to infrastructure, ASAN service centers will start operating in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur."
