He said that the trend of rising prices for country houses for the summer season has been maintained for many years.

"So, at the beginning of the season, the demand for country and private houses is growing. An increase in demand affects the growth of prices. Currently, this is the initial period of the process. Dynamic price growth has not yet been noted. But closer to the end of May, we will see an increase in prices. Residents primarily strive to ensure that the country house is located next to the sea. The price increase will be mainly in suburban villages and towns located near the sea. Compared to the winter season, rents in these areas will increase from 30% to more than twice. The price of country houses also varies depending on the conditions, the floor. Daily rent of a courtyard house is offered from 30 to 300 manats, depending on the conditions," the expert noted.
