Musk says Twitter to be headed by a woman

May 12, Fineko/abc.az. American businessman and Twitter owner Elon Musk said that a woman will take his position of CEO of the social network.

ABC.AZ reports that Musk did not disclose her name and any details.

"I’m pleased to announce that I’ve found a new CEO for Twitter. She will start working in about 6 weeks," Musk wrote on the social network.

He himself will move to the position of executive chairman and technical director and will be responsible, among other things, for software.

Elon Musk bought Twitter in October 2022 for $44 bn. After that, 80% of the company's employees were fired.
