Baku Transport Agency: matter of bus fare rise is not on agenda

The Baku Transport Agency (BNA) has commented on the occasion of increase of bus fare by transport carriers.

BNA reports that the disseminated information is not correct and is not justified.

"The bus fare is fixed by the Tariff (Price) Council, and as the Baku Transport Agency, carrying out state regulation in the field of regular transportation of passengers in Baku, did not apply with such a proposal to the Tariff Council, this question is not on agenda," BNA said in a statement.
