May 15, Fineko/abc.az. Apartments in old buildings have risen in price by AZN 30,000-35,000.

ABC.AZ reports that the growing interest in old buildings in the housing market has also seriously affected prices.

Realtor Mulkedar Rustamov says that now, despite the great demand, the number of apartments in old buildings for sale is small. And the most popular customers in these buildings are 2-3-room apartments.

According to Rustamov, now these apartments are offered for AZN 30,000-35,000 more expensive than before. And in the central parts of the city, this amount increases even more, in particular, in buildings located near the metro station.

Rustamov noted that the cause of the growing interest in old buildings is not only the strength of the buildings, but also the fact that the building is on the state balance sheet, so if any problems arise, residents do not turn to the head of the Housing & Communal Services, but to the appropriate institution.
