Three days to be non-working in connection with Independence Day

May 17, Fineko/abc.az. Three consecutive days are to be non-working due to May 28, the Independence Day.

ABC.AZ reports that in accordance with the Labor Code, if the days of the weekend and non-working holidays coincide, this day-off is transferred directly to the next working day after the holiday.

Since this year May 28 falls on Sunday, then working days and weekends will be reversed, and May 29 will become a non-working day.

Thus, as May 27 also falls on Saturday, there will be no work for three days in a row – May 27, May 28 and May 29.
