Xalq Sığorta chairman of board replaced

May 18, Fineko/abc.az. The chairman of board of Xalq Sığorta has been replaced.

ABC.AZ reports that a source in the insurance market says that Kurban Raman was replaced in this post by Xalq Həyat’s chairman of board Roman Veliyev. The relevant decision was made at the general meeting of shareholders.

Insurance company Xalq Sığorta was established in 2004. Its authorized capital is AZN 58.75 million. 50% of company's shares belong to Ideal Business Co., 50% to Euro Standard LLC (owner of 33.85% of shares of Xalq Bank OJSC and 37.5% of shares of Bank Avrasiya OJSC).
