Azerbaijan’s apple exports observed growth for Jan-Apr

May 18, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan exported 27,521 tons of apples for $17.779 million for Jan-Apr 2023 (17,224 tons for $11.443 million for Jan-Apr 2022), ABC.AZ informs, referring to State Customs Committee’s monthly report on the state of foreign trade.

Thus, the export of apples in value terms grew 1.5-fold (55.4%) and in quantitative terms 1.6-fold (59.8%).

The average export price of a ton of apples was $646 for Jan-Apr 2023 against $664 for Jan-Apr 2022.
