Mortgage Fund has published a report — Profit increased

May 23, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund completed 2022 with net profit of AZN 20.48 million.

ABC.AZ was informed at the AMCGF that the Fund finished 2021 with net profit of AZN 14.46 million. Thus, the net profit of the Mortgage Fund in 2022 grew by AZN 6.435 million or by 45.8% against 2021.

In 2021, AMCGF’s profit amounted to AZN 56.25 million, and in 2022 it grew up to AZN 65.99 million. The income from fees and commissions increased from AZN 1.45 million up to AZN 1.48 million.

Mortgage Fund’s portfolio increased by AZN 298.269 million, or by 21.1% up to AZN 1.708 bn versus 2021 - AZN 1.409 bn.
